SAEC Surgical is an approved non-hospital surgical facility under contract with Alberta Health Services, Calgary, Alberta. Population growth, changing demographics and rising healthcare costs prompted the construction of a purposed built ophthalmic facility providing all types of ophthalmic surgery.
